ABOUT
This scholarship is in memory of Sandra Noblet, a long-time resident of Skagit County and active community member.  She graduated from Burlington-Edison High School in 1964 and married her high school sweetheart in July of 1965.  Sandra was a thoughtful, kind-hearted person with a quick wit and warm laugh.  She retired on her 66th birthday after working for 40+ years at Skagit State Bank.

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the scholarship, the applicant must be a Burlington-Edison High School senior attending a four-year college or a technical or vocational school. 

FUNDING AMOUNT
The scholarship amount is to be determined by financial need.
