This year, the thriving McIntyre Local Performing Arts Endowment and vision of its founder has enabled substantial growth in the local performing arts grant funding for expenses & fees to perform at McIntyre Hall. Local arts groups can apply for up to $5,000 using the Skagit Community Foundation's online grant application platform, starting today August 1st - Septembver 30th. We are excited to announce the successful conclusion to this year's competitive and growing SCF Annual Grant Cycle, awarding funds to 67 nonprofits serving Skagit County.
This year marks a milestone in our grantmaking, as we celebrate the largest total of grant awards through our annual grant cycle at $569,100.00 51% of these funds were awarded directly by donors / Donor Advised Funds. We extend a heartfelt thank you to the generous donors who were inspired to give and contribute to some of the greatest needs in our community. It is through the collective efforts of our donors and supporters that we can make a meaningful difference.
