ABOUT
This scholarship is in memory of Sandra Noblet, a long-time resident of Skagit County and active community member.

This scholarship seeks to benefit Burlington-Edison High School seniors attending a four-year college, technical, or vocational school. 

ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for the scholarship, the applicant must be a Burlington-Edison High School senior attending a four-year college, technical, or vocational school. 

FUNDING AMOUNT
The scholarship amount is to be determined by financial need.
