Jill Pickering
Director of Development

Jill, a longtime Skagit County resident and local business owner, brings over 20 years of experience in team leadership, business operations, and community service. A proud graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she has dedicated much of her time to volunteering for local organizations.

As a member of the Skagit Community Foundation, Jill is passionate about connecting donors with causes that inspire them. She values working collaboratively with the community, building meaningful relationships with nonprofit partners, and helping donors turn their philanthropic goals into lasting, transformational impact.

Beyond her commitment to community service, Jill has been a dedicated yoga instructor for over fifteen years. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors of Skagit County with her husband and two daughters, whom they have lovingly raised in the area.
