Agency Funds

Public charities can establish an agency endowment fund at The Skagit Community Foundation. These funds offer community organizations a simple and efficient way to build an endowment and create sustainability. The Foundation helps the organization with planning, investing and administrating the funds, as well as distributes grant dollars to the organization, as available for general purposes.

  • Frank and Alice Webb Hull Endowment was established in 1999.  All funds benefit the Museum of Northwest Art (MoNA) in LaConner, Washington.
  • LaConner Library Designated Endowment was established in 2001 to provide a permanent fund to create income and appreciation for application towards the capital needs and programs of the Agency.
